Healthy Raspberry Lollies

Homemade raspberry lollies are a tasty and healthy treat for your kids!

Home made lollies are easy to make and taste delicious. Full of natural fruity goodness kids will love them – and they are extremely healthy!


Raspberries, fresh or frozen


  • Blender or Smoothie maker
  • Ice Lolly Mould


  1. Put the Raspberries into the blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour the blended mixture into your mould
  4. Put the mould carefully into the freezer and wait till the lollies are frozen solid

Serving Suggestion

Try adding milk for a delicious creamy treat. Instead of using Raspberries, try making lollies from other fruit –  look out for fruit on special offer at the shops.

If you have trouble getting hold of lolly moulds, try making fruity ice cubes using ice cube trays or small novelty jelly moulds.

Get the kids involved and have fun experimenting with different fruit and moulds.
